# How to view the attendee list for my event

From the **Attendees** section, you can view everyone registered to attend your event, regardless of whether their tickets were generated through an online or manual sale.

## View attendees

Open your event and go to **Sales and attendees > Attendees**.

Here you will find one entry for each attendee, with information such as:

- Ticket record locator.
- Attendee name.
- Ticket type.
- Email and phone number, when available.
- Associated amount.

You can use the search bar to quickly find an attendee by **record locator, name, or email**, or use the ticket filter to display only attendees with a specific ticket type.

If **Incomplete** appears, it means that some attendee information is still missing.

## Download the attendee list

Click **Download** to get an Excel file containing all the information collected from your event attendees.

In addition to the basic ticket and purchase details, the Excel file includes **all the information you have collected from each attendee** through the registration form, such as name, email, phone number, gender, role, ID document, country, or any other fields you have configured.

### Access control information

If you have carried out **access control using the go&dance app**, the Excel file will also include the scanning information for each ticket.

You will be able to see **when the ticket was scanned and who scanned it**, making it easier to track and manage access to the event.

## Tickets with multiple attendees

If a single ticket includes multiple attendees, you will find **a separate row for each person**, but they will all share the **same record locator**, as they belong to a single ticket.

For example, if a ticket includes 4 attendees, the Excel file will contain 4 rows with the same record locator, one for each attendee.

### How the price is displayed

To avoid counting the amount of the same ticket multiple times, the **price only appears in the first row associated with that ticket**.

The rows for the remaining attendees on the same ticket will show a price of **€0**.

This means that **a row showing €0 does not necessarily mean that the attendee has a free ticket**. It may represent an additional attendee included in a ticket whose amount is already shown in another row with the same record locator.

> **Important:** if you use the Excel file for financial calculations, keep in mind that the amount of a ticket is counted only once, even if the ticket includes multiple attendees.
