# How to view my event sales

From the **Sales** section, you can view all purchases made for your event and access the details of each one.

To access it, open your event and go to **Sales and attendees > Sales**.

## Sales list

On this page, you will find all sales recorded for the event. For each purchase, you can see basic information such as:

- The purchase **record locator.**
- The **date and time** when it was made.
- The **buyer's email**.
- The **total amount paid**.
- The code used, when the sale is associated with a promotion, promoter, or another type of code.

You can use the search bar to quickly find a sale by its **code or email**.

Click any sale to view all its information.

## Sale details

When you open a sale, you will find different tabs where you can review the purchase details, attendees, and settlement information.

### General

Under **General**, you can view the main purchase details:

- Record locator.
- Buyer details.
- Email.
- Purchase date.
- Payment method.
- Products or tickets purchased.
- Amounts associated with the purchase.
- Total paid.

From this section, you can also **download the tickets** included in the purchase.

### Attendees

Under the **Attendees** tab, you will find the tickets included in the purchase and the details of each attendee.

Each ticket has its own **ticket code** and the information provided for the attendee.

If you need to change any of these details, click **Edit** for the corresponding attendee.

> A sale can contain one or more tickets. For this reason, the buyer's details and the attendees' details do not necessarily have to match.

### Settlement

The **Settlement** tab helps you understand how the amounts from the sale are distributed and the resulting amount for the organizer.

Here you can view items such as:

- **Amount paid:** the total amount paid by the buyer.
- **go&dance services:** additional services charged directly to the buyer, when applicable.
- **Price:** the amount corresponding to the products sold.
- **Fee:** the amount go&dance charges the organizer for its services.
- **Affiliate fee:** the amount allocated to managing and paying the affiliate when the sale comes from the affiliate program.
- **Amount to transfer:** the amount go&dance will transfer to the organizer as a result of the sale.
- **Promoter commission:** the amount the organizer is responsible for paying when the sale comes from one of their promoters.
- **Final profit:** the organizer's result from the sale after the corresponding amounts have been taken into account.

> **Important:** commissions for the organizer's promoters are displayed so you can see the actual result of the sale, but **go&dance does not pay the promoter**. Settling with your promoters is the organizer's responsibility.

## Download or import sales

From the sales list, you will also find the **Download** and **Import** options, which you can use to work with your sales information outside the platform or import sales when necessary.

## Add a sale manually

If you need to record a sale that was not made directly through the go&dance website, click **+ Add sale** from the sales list.

This allows you to keep both online sales and any sales you need to record manually centralized within your event.
