# How to edit my event information

You can edit and complete your event information from your Professional Area, both before and after publishing it.

Open the event and go to **Event page > Edit**.

From this section, you can manage the information that will be displayed to users on your event's public page.

## Edit the main information

At the top, you will find the event's main information, such as:

- Poster or main image.
- Event name.
- Short description.
- Dates and times.
- Location.

Click **Edit** in the corresponding section to modify this information.

> **Tip:** keep the dates, times, and location up to date. These are some of the most important details attendees will check before purchasing a ticket.

## Manage tickets

In the **Tickets** section, you can view the tickets created for the event.

Click **Edit** to access their settings and create, modify, or manage the different ticket types and their sales conditions.

## Configure the organizer

Under **Organizer**, you can view the organizer profile information displayed on the event page.

Click **Edit** to review or modify this information.

A complete organizer profile helps users easily identify who is behind the event.

## Add your contact details and links

Under **Contact and links**, you can configure the information attendees can use to contact you or learn more about the event.

You can include details such as:

- Email.
- Phone.
- WhatsApp.
- Website.
- Instagram.
- TikTok.
- Facebook.
- YouTube.

Click **Edit** to add or modify these details.

## Add dance styles and tags

**Dance styles** and **tags** help describe and categorize your event on go&dance.

Add the styles that correspond to the event and use tags to quickly highlight some of its main characteristics.

> **Recommendation:** select only styles and tags that genuinely represent your event's content. This makes it easier for your event to appear in relevant searches and filters.

## Complete the event description

Under **Event description**, you can explain in more detail what attendees can expect.

You can use this section to include relevant information about the event, its activities, schedules, venues, or other details that may help users decide whether to purchase a ticket.

Click **Edit description** to add or modify the content.

## Add photos and videos

Under **Photos and videos**, you can add visual content related to the event.

You can add:

- Event images.
- Photos of the venue.
- Content from previous editions.
- Promotional videos.

This content helps users better understand the experience your event offers.

## Add the schedule

In the **Schedule** section, you can add images containing the event program.

Use it to provide attendees with information such as schedules, activities, workshops, parties, or other planned content.

## Add artists

Under **Artists**, you can specify the artists who will take part in the event.

Click **Add artist** or **Edit** to manage the artist lineup.

Adding artists helps complete the event information and allows users to see who will be participating before purchasing a ticket.

## Configure frequently asked questions

Under **Frequently asked questions**, you can add answers to attendees' most common questions.

Click **+ Add question** to create a new question and use **Change order** to decide the order in which they will be displayed.

You can use this section to answer questions in advance about access, schedules, accommodation, transportation, name changes, cancellation policies, or other aspects of the event.

## Keep the page up to date

You can return to **Event page > Edit** whenever you need to update the information.

> **Recommendation:** don't limit yourself to completing only the essential information required to publish your event. The more complete and up to date your event page is, the more information users will have to understand what you offer and resolve their questions before purchasing.
