# How to create tickets

Tickets are the products attendees can purchase to access your event or one of its services. You can create different ticket types, define their price and stock, decide when they will be visible or available for purchase, and configure other aspects of the sale.

To create a new ticket, go to **Event page → Tickets** and click **Add ticket**.

## Quick ticket creation

When you add a ticket, you will find a simple setup with the main fields required to put it on sale.

From here, you can specify:

- **Ticket name**
- **Price**
- **Number of units available**
- **Ticket type**
- **Visibility**
- **go&dance fee**

### Ticket type

Under **Ticket type**, select the option that best represents what you are selling, for example **Full Pass, Party Pass, Hotel**, or any of the other available types.

This classification helps correctly identify the different tickets and products for your event.

### go&dance fee

You will also need to choose how the **go&dance fee** is applied:

- **Charge the customer:** go&dance charges the fee directly to the buyer and issues the corresponding invoice to the end customer.
- **Cover the fee:** the customer does not pay the additional fee. The organizer covers the cost, which will be taken into account in the event settlement.
- **Split the fee:** the cost of the fee is split **50% between the organizer and the customer**.

Once you have completed the basic information, you can save the ticket directly or enable **Advanced mode** if you need to customize additional options.

## Advanced mode

**Advanced mode** gives you access to more comprehensive ticket settings.

The options are organized into different sections: **General, Prices, Texts, and Advanced**.

### General

Under **General**, you can manage aspects such as:

- The total ticket stock.
- Whether you want to show the number of available units to the public.
- Ticket visibility.
- The information you want to collect from attendees during the purchase process.

You can request additional information such as email, phone number, gender, role, ID/passport, country, or city of residence.

### Prices

Under **Prices**, you can set the ticket price and configure its pricing policy.

You can use a **fixed price** or the different scaling options available to change the price during the sales period.

### Texts and translations

Under **Texts**, you can define the **ticket name and description** and add translations.

We recommend using a name that is easy to identify and clearly explaining what the ticket includes, especially when you offer different passes, accommodation options, or similar products.

### Advanced options

Under **Advanced**, you will find additional settings such as:

- Ticket type.
- Custom ID.
- Number of attendees associated with each ticket.
- Number of units that must be purchased per order.
- Availability dates.
- Billing settings and associated company.

## Company associated with the ticket

In Advanced mode, you can select the **billing details or company associated with the ticket**.

This option allows you to specify which company or legal entity is associated with the sale of that ticket and will receive the corresponding funds.

> **Important:** the company associated with a ticket **cannot be changed once the ticket has been created**. Review this setting before saving.

If you do not need to associate the ticket with another company, you do not need to change this field.

## Before saving

Before clicking **Save**, check that the name, price, stock, ticket type, and fee settings are correct.

If you are using Advanced mode, also review the visibility, availability, and especially the **associated company**, as this cannot be changed later.

Once saved, the ticket will appear under **Event page → Tickets**, where you can continue managing its settings.
