# How settlements work

Settlements are the transfers through which you receive the money generated by your event sales, after deducting the amounts corresponding to go&dance services and other associated items.

## You must request your settlements

As an organizer, **you must always request a settlement** when you want to receive the available funds from your sales.

You can do this from **Administration > Invoices and settlements** by clicking **Request transfer**.

You do not need to wait until the event is over to request a settlement. As long as you have a transferable balance, you can request transfers during the sales period.

> **Important:** settlements are not processed automatically when the event ends. The organizer must request the transfer from their professional area.

## How is the settlement amount calculated?

The amount generated by sales does not necessarily match the amount you will receive by bank transfer.

Before processing the settlement, go&dance deducts the amounts that need to be invoiced for the services used for the event.

These may include:

- **go&dance commissions** corresponding to sales.
- **Affiliate commissions** generated by sales made through the affiliate program.
- **Additional services** contracted for the event.
- **Advertising or promotional services** provided by go&dance.
- Other services or amounts associated with the event that need to be invoiced.

The amount remaining after these items have been applied determines the **amount available for transfer**.

## Review the summary before requesting a settlement

When you click **Request transfer**, you can review a settlement summary before confirming the request.

It includes information such as the amount generated, non-transferable amounts, commissions and services to be deducted, the amount already transferred, and the amount you can still request.

This allows you to understand how the available balance has been calculated before requesting the transfer.

## You can request multiple settlements

You do not need to withdraw all the money in a single transfer.

You can request **multiple settlements throughout the event sales period**, as long as you have funds available for transfer.

Any new sales made afterwards will generate additional balance that you can request in future settlements.

## Settlements when multiple companies are involved

If you sell tickets on behalf of different companies within the same event, the sales for each company **are settled separately**.

When requesting the transfer, you can select the company you want to settle and the corresponding bank account.

> **Important:** select a bank account belonging to the company you are settling. Otherwise, the bank may reject the transfer.

## Track your settlements

After requesting a transfer, you can check its status under **Administration > Invoices and settlements**.

The request will appear as **Pending** while it is being processed and as **Completed** once the transfer has been made.

When go&dance makes the transfer, **you will receive a confirmation email**. From this same section, you can also view previous settlements and, when applicable, download their invoices.
